The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Guest”, “Applicant”, refers to the person log on this website, seeking a studio or location to rent. “Studio” or “Location”, “Owner” or “Provider” refers to a person who owns or manages the Studio or Location and is responsible for its renting. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of mystudiocrew.com’s Website, located at https://mystudiocrew.com/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MyStudioCrew if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

For Guest/ Applicant booking a Studio or Location

1. Searching and Booking on MyStudioCrew.

1.1 Searching. You can search for Studio or Location Services by using criteria like the type of Studio or Location, travel destination and further tags. You can also use filters to refine your search results. Search results are based on their relevance to your search and other criteria. Relevance considers factors like price, availability, Reviews, customer service and more.

1.2 Booking. When you book a Studio or Location listed on https://mystudiocrew.com/, you are agreeing to pay security deposit for your booking (“Pay deposit”) if applicable during checkout in Studio or Location online booking form. When you receive the booking confirmation, a contract for Studio or Location Services (also called a reservation) is formed directly between you and the hosting Studio or Location.

1.3 Studio/ Location Reservations. A Studio or Location reservation is a limited license to enter and use the Studio or Location. The Studio or Location provider or owner of Studio or Location retains the right to re-enter the premises during your stay, if the extent: (i) it is reasonably necessary or if help required -permitted by your contract, and (ii) consistent with applicable law. If you stay past checkout, the Studio or Location owner has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed guests.

2. Security deposit and payment

2.1 Security deposit. The security deposit serves to Studio or Location owner or provider to confirm your booking. Security deposit is collected by third-party provider (PayPal, Credit/ Debit card payment such as Stripe or others) and is transferred after confirming reservation to a Studio or Location owner or provider. Deposit payment is 50 percent of final booking cost (“cost”) listed in Online Booking form.

2.2 Total cost and payment. You can see the total cost in the Booking form when booking a Studio or Location and also in the confirmation email. (i) If Guest or Applicant paid the deposit successfully, deposit will be deducted of final amount. (ii) Final amount – the difference between deposit and final cost of renting Studio or Location and all extras if applicable has to be paid by Guest or Applicant to Studio or Location by their own terms and condition and amount will be also specified in email you will receive shortly after the booking has been submitted.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Modifications.

3.1 Cancellations and Refunds. In general, if as a Guest/ Applicant cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that reservation. Every Studio or Location has own cancellation policy and refund is handled by Studio or Location owner.

3.1.1 If Studio or Location cancel your reservation (i) due to occupancy which was not listed in Online Booking form, you will get 100% refund of any deposit you have been charged or (ii) if you wish, you can be connected with a Studio or Location to find any other suitable date and time of booking.

3.1.2 If you wish to cancel your reservation or booking, (i) you might contact the Studio or Location provider directly by details you receive in confirmation email to discuss further any possibility of date change or find their policies for cancellation. Every Studios or Locations has different cancellation policy. (ii) For any issues or questions, you may contact our Customer service.

3.2 Booking Modifications. (i) Studio or Location owner and guests are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make either via direct contact with Studio or Location owner or provider or via the MyStudioCrew customer service and (ii) agree to pay any additional amounts, fees or taxes associated with any booking modification. (iii) Customer service in this matter work only as a third party help tool with associated Studio or Location  and Guest and cannot guarantee any changes.

4. Your Responsibilities.

(i)You are responsible for leaving a Studio or Location (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived, and (ii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with applicable laws at all times.

5. Disclaimer

We do not endorse or warrant the existence, conduct, performance, safety, quality, legality or suitability of any Guest, Studio, Location or third party and we do not warrant that verification, identity or background checks conducted on Studio or Location providers or Guests will identify past misconduct or prevent future misconduct. Any references to a Studio or Location being listed on the website mystudiocrew.com indicate only that the Studio or Location owner or provider has completed a relevant verification or identification process and nothing else.

For Studio or Location owner or provider

1. Agreement of listed informations. By listing a Studio or Location on the website of MyStudioCrew (https://mystudiocrew.com/) the owner or provider of Studio or Location agree with all details listed on their own post (studio page- Studio Booking or Castles and locations or similar) and authorise them as true informations. Studio or Location owner or provider can always ask for edit of any informations or to be removed from the list.

2. Changes report. Studio or Location owner or provider should report immediately (until 24h of change or once became aware of a change) any relevant changes which may occur such as availability, equipment for rent and others.

3. Fees (for Studio or Location owner or provider only). (i) MyStudioCrew may charge fees (and applicable Taxes) to Studio or Location owner/ provider. (ii) Most Studios and Location providers pay a service fee of 10% of deposit amount. This fee is calculated on the sub-total of the deposit payment and is automatically deducted from the Studio or Location payment. This fee serves for better marketing and management of MyStudioCrew and listed studios or locations.

4. Payment system of MyStudioCrew. (i) If Guest or Applicant paid the deposit successfully, Studio or Location owner or provider will receive the deposit collected from Guest or Applicant via PayPal minus deductible 10% of service fee as point 3 above. (ii) Guest or Applicant may pay you the remaining amount (the difference between deposit and final cost of renting Studio or Location and all extras if applicable) by Studio or Location owner’s or provider’s own terms.

5. Your Responsibilities. (i)You are responsible for having a Studio or Location including rented equipment by Guest or Applicant to be ready to use in the condition described in your studio listing at the agreed time and date, and (ii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with applicable laws at all times. (iii) MyStudioCrew will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

6. Disclaimer

We do not endorse or warrant the existence, conduct, performance, safety, quality, legality or suitability of any Guest, Studio, Location or third party and we do not warrant that verification, identity or background checks conducted on Studio or Location providers or Guests will identify past misconduct or prevent future misconduct. Any references to a Studio or Location being listed on the website mystudiocrew.com indicate only that the Studio or Location owner or provider has completed a relevant verification or identification process and nothing else.

If Studio or Location owner or provider has decided to list the Studio or Location on the MyModelCrew website (https://mystudiocrew.com/), is automatically agreeing with the Terms and conditions of MyStudioCrew.
