The loft has over 4m high ceilings in a 75sqm room with exposed steel beams, wooden floorboards, toilet with shower and separate make-up and changing area. The facility is not sterile like that of many photo studios. Every piece of furniture has signs of use and character. Quirks, dust and scratches are intentional and desirable. The large windows face north and the loft, in combination with the existing blackout curtains, offers excellent conditions for working with available light. The inventory includes a free-standing, ancient and massive bathtub, a piano, various stools, two Chesterfield sofas, a large, massive metal bed, a four-door metal locker, partially exposed brick walls and much more. The inventory will continue to be supplemented / exchanged. The studio should remain flexible and modular.
